The Problem

The Johnson & Johnson Human Performance Institute is a facility that educates employees and companies with holistic tools to better the working and personal lives of individuals and teams. Upon arrival, the client wanted visitors to immediately have a feel for the experience they were about to have. They needed something in their entryway that would set the tone, and also play a functional role in the check in process.

Our Approach

The courses that employees take at the Human Performance Institute revolve around maximizing effectiveness through wellness. This approach is intended to then trickle down as they bring back what they learn and implement it with their teams. This emphasis on mindfulness and the company’s efforts were the driving forces behind this concept. The 3D renderings utilize the brand’s colors to signify the waves of integrating better, more mindful practices back home.

The Results

The winner of a 2020 American Advertising Federation ADDY Award for motion graphics. A stunning installation now greets all visitors of the Johnson & Johnson Human Performance Institute in Lake Nona. It achieved the environmental ideals. While also allowing space to act as a cue for upcoming activities.

An Idea Put In Motion.

No matter what the final product is, we always start with an idea. For this installation, that idea was formed from the calming nature of what’s taught at the Institute. They work to align visitors’ purposes with their mental, physical, and emotional health. Teaching tactics to be more effective and create waves with their teams back home. An idea centered around the positively charged ripple effect of their visit.
